The fabulous Elaina Lee has designed a wonderful new cover for my Out of Olympus (Greek God) romance A Touch of Greek. This is book 1 in the series.
However, I had Elaina do three different mock-ups and am torn on which one to choose. So, please have a look at the three covers below, vote for one of them in the comment section and, if you want to be entered into a draw to get a Tina Folsom e-book of your choice, please either leave your email address in the comment section (or email me at tina at tinawritesromance.com to provide me with your email if you don't want to leave it in the comment section). The winner will be drawn on Friday, Feb 11 at 9am PST.
Thanks!
Cover 1 - small God in the corner
Cover 2 - large God in the corner
Cover 3 - no God
I vote for cover #3, no God in the corner. Love your books, Tina!

I like cover 2.
ReplyDeleteCover 3! Fun!
ReplyDeleteCover #3
ReplyDeleteCover #3
ReplyDeleteLooks like I'm the odd one out, lol, but I like the first one with the small god. All three are lovely, though :)
ReplyDeleteI am with the cover #3, or the small god school of thought. I think you should only use the symbol if this book is part a series that the symbol will identify on future covers.
ReplyDeleteYes, Pam, it's a series, that's kind of why I was figuring a symbol would be good.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I'm the only one voting for cover #1. I like the small gold god. Stunning cover by the way!
ReplyDeleteI like #1, too, Tori.
ReplyDeleteCover 3
ReplyDeleteI vote Cover 1, definitely like having the small symbol on there.
ReplyDeleteCover #1, with small god. Great covers, Tina!
ReplyDeleteI prefer #3 without the god. I feel the god detracts from the wording.
ReplyDeleteCover #3
ReplyDeleteI think it a great idea use a symbol for the series, so the #1 is my choice :D

My vote is for the 1st cover. The small gold god in the corner illustrates the remanence of what is shadowing the couple. I could be off base her since I just started the 1st book, but the gods presence is what is carried throughout so it would only make sense to show its importance on the cover. The second cover is overshadowed by the god and the third cover is missing the symbolism.
ReplyDeleteI like the 1st one.

Just got two more email votes in for cover #1.
ReplyDeleteI like #1 Tina, because this is a series the symbol would allow for a way to tie it with others in the series easily and that one has it small enough it's subtle.

Cover 1. The god is small, but ties into the title nicely (and future series later) without detracting from the rest of the beautiful cover Elaina designed!

I like #1 because the symbol goes with the series and like Rhi say's it's small so doesn't distract from the couple on the front and the color blends well.

cover 1 :)
ReplyDeleteI like cover #3
ReplyDeleteI prefer the 1st cover with the small god on the cover.

I didn't know this was part of a series. I want change my vote to #1. The small god works best. The big god in #2 is all up in the book title. I don't like that at all :)
ReplyDeleteAnd another entrant by email: torn between #1 & #3
ReplyDeleteI vote for cover #3: no god because he's being mauled on the couch ;D
